Navigation system
Navigation and Android Auto/Apple Car Play systems are guaranteed at the time of booking.
A fee will be required for an additional driver, so only people with a valid driver's license will be able to drive the vehicle.
Child seats, infant seats and safety seats for children from 0 to 36 kg (groups 0+, 0, 1, 2 and 3) are guaranteed upon advance booking.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee at a local rental station.
In some locations, this service is available upon request and for an additional fee after hours.
The Renter is obliged to inform Autorentone about the return of the rented car after the end of the rental period.
Additional charge for a personal address.
In case of delivery or pickup to an address that is not the official headquarters of the company (e.g. private address or hotel address), an additional fee of €10.00 will be charged in addition to the pickup/delivery fee. The fee may not yet be charged at the time of booking, but only at the beginning of the rental.
If the car is not returned with a full tank of fuel and no contract for additional services "Fuel" has been concluded, Autorentone will invoice you for refueling the car and fuel according to the prices valid at the conclusion of the rental contract. A fee of 19.99 euros is charged for the refueling service and fuel costs 2.00 euros per liter.
You may purchase additional "Fuel". In this case, you will not be billed for the additional fueling according to the previous paragraph. Please be advised that unused fuel is not refundable.
